The Situation

The Project Leader and the accompanying Sponsor, occasionally and facing very complex projects, require the experience and assistance of a Coach who contributes with his experience and objectivity to the success of the project.

• The contribution of the methodological experience and the respective Know-How Transfer.
• The anticipation in the identification of points of attention so that the Project Leader, and if relevant, the Sponsor, can operate early avoiding impacts on the Project.
• The independence of criteria with a non-interested vision focuses on contributing to the success of the Project.
